Shipping
Preorders are open at $129.95 with free U.S. shipping. Preorders are expected to ship by early November 2026. This is an estimated shipment window, not a delivery date. Carrier transit time begins after your order ships. Shipping destinations, eligibility and any applicable shipping charges are shown before you complete checkout.
If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will notify you and provide the applicable options to consent to a delay or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund it as required by law. Contact support@lightspeedblaster.com with questions about your order.
Returns
We do not accept discretionary change-of-mind returns or exchanges. This does not limit the one-year limited warranty, our obligations for incorrect or damaged deliveries, or cancellation and refund rights required by law.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact support promptly with your order details and available photos. Retain the packaging while we review the issue. Do not use a product that appears unsafe, and do not return it without instructions from our team.
Warranty
Coverage
Lightspeed Blaster, LLC warrants the Lightspeed Blaster against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original retail purchase date. This includes the gun’s mechanical and electronic components and battery, subject to the exclusions below. O-rings are excluded from this limited warranty. Keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
For V-01 Launch Edition units, the one-year coverage stated here applies even if the supplied leaflet refers to six months. Registration or scanning the QR code is not required to receive warranty service.
What is not covered
- O-rings and normal wear and tear, including ordinary battery-capacity decline from use and aging.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, dropping, impact, neglect, improper installation, unsuitable accessories or operation outside the applicable specifications.
- Damage caused by freezing, submersion, use with the USB cover open, charging in wet conditions, incompatible power supplies or chemicals passing through the gun.
- Damage caused by disassembly, modification, improper repair, damaged wiring or seals, or incorrect reassembly.
These damage exclusions apply when the listed conduct or condition causes the problem. Opening the housing, using third-party parts or obtaining independent service does not by itself cancel coverage for an unrelated manufacturing defect.
How we resolve covered defects
For an approved claim, Lightspeed will provide replacement parts or a replacement unit, at its discretion, without charge for the covered remedy. Lightspeed covers shipping within the United States for approved warranty service, including an authorized return if required. Contact us before arranging shipment or repair. We will explain the remedy and any safe installation or return instructions.
How to request service
- Stop using the product if the issue may affect safety. Email support@lightspeedblaster.com with your order number or receipt, purchase date, description of the problem and available photos. Do not recreate an unsafe condition for a photo or video.
- We will review the claim, request any necessary information and provide the next steps. Do not ship anything until we provide authorization and the correct destination.
- If a return is required for an approved U.S. claim, follow our shipping instructions. Tell us about battery damage or overheating before shipment.
Your legal rights and warranty contact
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. Nothing in this warranty excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
